The JECC Fuji features a rotating system of knives and peeling blocks that, combined with the friction of the logs against each other, allow for peeling the logs while greatly minimizing losses. This system is suitable for different types and shapes of wood, including knotty wood.
The JE6000 operates with a feed hopper that transports the logs parallel to the rotating axis. Installed at an inclined angle, it ensures a continuous movement of the material along the rotors.
The peeling blocks and knives continuously pass through the fixed comb plate, allowing the bark to be discharged onto a conveyor located below. The vertical exit door allows the operator to control the number of logs in the JECC FUJI, as well as the time the logs spend in the unit.
Its simplicity and modular assembly facilitate maintenance, reduce potential downtime, and contribute to lower overall operating costs.
