The sliding tube tensioners from JECC are designed to eliminate the additional need for frame support with lateral fixation for the bearing unit. The thrust driven by a grease cylinder equipped with a pressure relief valve ensures constant stability. The compact style provides an even load distribution and ensures protection against abrasion, corrosion, and erosion of the cylinder. The tensioners provide precise clamping for all types of conveyors.

The loading area covered with UHMW provides a non-stick surface offering very high resistance to abrasion and impacts. It also has excellent chemical wear resistance in addition to ensuring good performance at low temperatures while significantly reducing noise.
